Today was our Inaugural BAGA Indoor IFP Awards Banquet. The celebration and presentation were held immediately following our Season Opener FT Match. All participants were awarded certificates custom made from one of their best league targets utilized as t he background watermark. In addition, awards were presented to the top three finishers in the Open division as well as for 1st place in the piston division (see below for position placements). 1st place finishers were also presented with custom IFP plaque s , which were provided by Bob Zimmerman. In addition, special BAGA IFP mugs were given out to the top finishers. Presentations were also made for the most perfect tens to Brandon and for the most improved shooter, to Don Fong. Each was also gifted with a s pecial Schrade X-timer knife.

During the awards, as well as during the buffet, a slide show was replaying many of the pictures that were taken during the leagues run. You can view some of the banquet pictures here. Food and drinks were bountiful and a specia l cake, in the shape of a CPH pellet, was offered to all. Ice cream and Hershey candy bars were also available for the desert portion of the feast. Subway sandwiches and KFC chicken, along with several salads filled the buffet table; there was seven plenty for all to take home for family to taste. Thanks also to Brandon for making the homemade Irish Creme...I know it hit the spot real well.

We look forward to shooting more IFP in the summer and competing on the national and international levels. We are looking forward to Dennis helping with the directorship of the summer IFP matches. He is encouraging all interested shooters to make contact with him and give him suggestions for a regular IFP match schedule. His schedule will be tight this summer but he promises to have matches on a regular basis, so let him know your preferences.
